Overall Reviews at SAP

I enjoyed working there however way too much travel.
At SAP there’s a lot of diversity with a driven culture pending on the role, the travel can be overwhelming. I spent most of my time in the Northeast though I ran to Southeast as well most of my life science customers are based in the Northeast which meant I was gone every week for 18 consecutive months. The compensation was very well however a lot of hours gone from home and a lot of long days

Wonderful place to work
I worked at SAP for 17 years. What make SAP great are the people. My experience at SAP was second to none. It is a great place to learn and grow professionally while having fun and developing excellent personal relationships. SAP embraces diversity and encourages collaboration which creates an environment of trust and that leads to innovation.

Large company that is continually improving
The focus on new technologies and growth creates opportunities for both job seekers and employees. While it is a large company, the leaders work hard to foster a team environment where individual contributions are valued and employees are matched to roles where they can fully utilize their skills and explore their interests.

Company in transition
Change agents will love the challenge. The business is multifaceted and interesting. The work culture and politics left much to be desired. Too much of a rested and vested mentality.

Great place for long single contributing roles
benefits are very competitive and salaries can be nice. Don't get stuck in a role for a long time though, you'll never move anywhere. Very german centric so if you are anywhere else, expect to be a second class citizen.
