Fantastic compnay to work for!
I loved this job! The ethics and work culture cannot be beat! You work hard but it is extremely rewarding. The job was never boring and incredibly fulfilling. My managers were the most capable people I have ever worked with. I worked every day for 5-6 months and then had 5-6 weeks off. I was able to travel all over the world and enjoyed living on a beautiful ship for most of the year.

Sinking ship
This company does not promote within the accounting department. The "benefits" are meager and are very difficult to obtain. Cruises are non-existent at this point and the company is taking on debt that it cannot pay off for several years to come. They are downsizing and the management is incompetent, selfish and downright horrible, especially in the accounting department.

Dynamic and fast paced environment, a great place to gather experience
When it comes to saving money from salaries is a plus. However, the company is focused on making money from anything, including the internet rates for it's employees.

Discount on cruises
Promotions are by who you know and who you are kissing up to.
Very hard to move up unless you know someone. Salaries are not good. Should over better pay plus bonus.
