Republic Services has allowed me to cross-train many positions within the corporation which has given me experience in different types of employment which in turn will be a future benefit.

If you are shopping for hepatitis, this is the place! If you’re looking for backstabbing and pettiness bingo, do as I say not as I do... sign up! Management is the good ol’ boy club!

This is an okay company to work for, the pay stinks, but the hours are pretty good and flexible if you work in the office environment. The benefits are pretty good too

Management
In the credit and collections department, we were not only a team we were more like a family. Cross-training with peers and sitting with a direct supervisor was a huge plus. Management was great!!!

Still in training. I said I'm still in training they helped me a very much. They want nothing more than for me to succeed and be a great asset to this company. They have plenty of money to share.

they offer excellent benefits, its Monday-Friday 7-6pm office hours managers work with you in your personal needs and is not hard to learned the system

No communication
The communication at Republic is almost non-existent. We had no idea what was going on anywhere else in the company since we were moved away from the corporate office.
