The Culture Was Very Biased and No Opportunity to Advance from Within
The Culture was very biased and had social clicks. Advancement depended more on how popular you were rather than how hard you worked and how much you were committed to the company.

Good hours, good pay.
Cott is a very nice place to work. I was in charge of cleaning all the juice lines and make sure they were sanitized. We dismantled all parts and cleaned them.

Company Moved to San Antonio
The region moved to San Antonio and I did not want to relocate. I notice it has now moved back to the DFW area. I should contact them and reapply. Nice company to work for.

never worked for a company that was so disfunctional
wouldnt recommend working here. management sucks and unfair. all about getting production but dont give a darn about employees. more take than give. management play favorites to certain employees.

Clock in and begin production at whichever machine you are directed to work on. push maximum production for the duration of your shift. i would say that i developed a greater mental self discipline working inside the same room at the same machine for long periods of time. Great for building character. management is punctual and professional. most difficult part of the job is working in a building all day going for long periods of time next to loud machines. the most enjoyable part of the job is occasionally being commended for doing a good job.

Not a place for someone looking to learn
Was not taught anything, senior mechanics are not willing to pass information along. You will be working on a project and someone else will come along and take over without giving you a chance to learn or understand what you are doing and why. This place is for a more senior mechanic that just wants to do the bare minimum until retirement. Not for a go-getter that wants to hustle, be productive and learn new things.

I enjoyed my time at Refresco. It was relaxed yet a fast paced environment with opportunity to learn more about the industry and product as a whole. I would recommend to work here.

Hostile place to work
Management never was honest, we got 22 cent raises sometimes and the environment is hostile. People fighting with each other and the managers ignored

Great place to work!
If you work hard and pay attention to what is being taught you will have a slight learning curve on the machines. Great place to grow and there is a great management team in place.

Refresco aura été ma plus belle expérience de métier jusqu'à présent.
Un responsable en or, des équipes fun et prestes à tout, une ambiance de travail conviviale ou les personnes sont toutes pretes à bosser tard s'il le faut!! des équipes qui se donnent à fond!! et tout cela dans l'humour, le rire constant !! que du bonheur !
j'ai beaucoup grandi pendant ces 5 années et il est dur pour moi de quitter une aussi belle entreprise!
elle m'aura permis de faire mes armes dans autant de domaine que le management, la gestion d’événements, de groupes de travail, de créations diverses et variées...
