Good people to work with
I was a contract employee,but was always treated as a team member. Everyone respected each other and worked well together to meet goals. I really enjoyed working at RB with a great manager and sales team!

It is an exceleent company if you have good work.
I would like to suggest join RB but the salary structure for contractors is not good. But still i work in RB because i am finding the new job for permenat apply for my good career.

Horrible place to work
Lack of structure and constant organizational shifts are a direct result of a company that struggles to produce. People are treated unfairly and forced overtime is a way of life. The teams fight and point fingers at each other to shift blame. The factory is driven by greed and dissention.

a well established place of environment to work with excellent break rooms and accomodations to offer
nice clean maintained facility, we have a lot of rewards to offer as far as getting to RB status. very productive workplace that's changing everyday towards future to provide the service that the customers expect.

Great programs in culture change
They have great programs that are being implemented to change the current job culture.It has been recognized as being a problem and they are making great attempts to correct. At the level it is being implemented is something I have not seen in my career

Fabulous employers who truly care about their employees and customers. There is never time to be bored in this position. There is always something new to learn about the customers, and their changing needs, the types and styles of the equipment we service, and the vendors and distributors that service us.

Speed over perfection is the culture. The culture is very fast and risk based. The management expects results without interaction. The hardest piece is the culture.

Es una empresa que proporciona oportunidad de crecimiento, la cultura es un poco rígida pero lo importante en ella es que la diversidad cultural es constante.
Disfrutaba hacer mi trabajo, mi jefe me daba mucho "enpowerment" y con eso lograba que hiciera mi trabajo eficiente y con gusto.
Hubo cambios en la administración lo que provocó mucho descontrol en los empleados, hubo mucha gente a quienes liquidaron y empezaban a haber cambios en las prestaciones.

Het is hard werken, maar met mooie uitdagingen. En die zijn er iedere dag, groot en klein. De organisatie is continue aan verandering onderhevig, soms mag dat wat minder. Voor werk‐privé balans moet je vechten, parttime werken is uitzonderlijk (net als thuiswerken, vóór Corona).

Entreprise peu humaine avec un rythme de travail très chargé
Reckitt Benckiser offre de belles opportunités de carrières, avec un haut niveau d'autonomie et de responsabilité donné aux salariés dès leur entrée dans l'entreprise.
Cependant, la culture de l'entreprise est très individualiste, le management se soucie très peu du bien être de ses salariés et l'équilibre vie professionnelle/ vie personnelle est inexistant, avec des horaires de travail pouvant aller jusqu'à 80 heures par semaine.
Les bureaux sont basés à Massy Palaiseau, ce qui entraîne généralement beaucoup de temps de transports.
La rémunération est peu attractive pour le secteur au vu des horaires de travail.
