Little Room For Advancement/Pay Raise
Advancement and wage increase are often "frozen" and personal growth can be very slow. My income increased $7/hr over the course of 12+ years. $2/hr was a result of two separate "promise to promote" conversations, but the promotions never happened.

Great environment always something new to learn.
I’m TTD employee at suffers ny , it’s a great company to work with they always listen to your need and are always willing to help you grow within the company there’s much room for you to grow if you are willing to put you work and learn .
ProsHome everyday, always visiting the same places
ConsLow pay for drivers

The pay is okay but other than that they will over work you and expect you to keep a smile on your face then have you bend over backwards and tell you your slipping away when your physically and mentally burnt out.

Typical Day At Raymour
In the role that Iam in now as Furniture Tech we go in and get our vans and parts that we need for the day then we go out and hit the road to do our repairs which consist of wood, upholstery, and leather.
Management runs cold and hot hard to figure out how they are feeling that day sometimes.
Workplace culture from when I started to now has drastically changed for the worst I would saythe moral in the building is low cause of the constant rule changes which know one follows.
The hardest Part of the job is the inconsistency of the rule changes on a daily basis which effects our pay.
The most enjoyable part of the job for me is the interaction that I have with our Customers.

Best People to Work For
Loved working here! Only reason I left is sales hours and home/work life balance. If you don't mind working all your holidays and on the weekend, this job is a excellent place to work. You can makes tons of money and it's all on your sales skills that determine your paycheck.
