A lot of work for not a lot of money
There is very little room for growth, you are expected to do a lot for minimum wage. They don’t have flexible hours. They are not a family based environment.

Race Trac
Great company to work for. The benefits are great, but the healthcare is a little expensive. Management is extremely understanding and listen to your goal that you've sought out for the company. I truly enjoy working for the company.

Horrible Management
Racetrac is a good place to work for but certain management is horrible. Your doing 38 hours a week & should be getting full time payment but your not , your still part time etc .

Best job I've ever had.
I heavily miss this job but a higher up in corporate said I did not send in a two weeks notice when I absolutely did. So now I can't go back to the same job. Best people to work ever.

Terrible company to grow with
I was working there for two years, RSMS are probably one of the worst/laziest employers I’ve ever worked for. When I tried to order parts or talk to my boss about something important I get ignored and end up waiting months for

Good place to work
If you're looking for experience and and advancement in customer service and have lots of free time, you should work here. They promote quickly. Plenty of hours are available.

a company that needs to abide by their own core values
A typical day is to start out with manager that dont greet their own employees then tell you everything you didnt do while you work for at least 10-11 hrs a day with no break and no time to eat or even check on your child or love ones. The schedules they provide seems impossible to be a fit parent because they require so much of your time and you work EVERY weekend you miss out on so much with your children it seems unreal..I WASTED 8 years investing my life into that company and to be dropped for little to no reason..

Exciting and enjoyable company to work for.
I enjoyed my tenure with Racetrac Petroleum. You always knew where you stood with you supervisors and with the company as a whole. Would still be employed there, had they not franchised the store out.

Productive and fun working environment
A typical day at RaceTrac Corp. was a bit busy. RaceTrac has a positive warm welcoming culture. I learned how to handle rapid flowing working and managing multiple RaceTrac stores. The management at RaceTrac is state of the art they encourage their managers to have "Serve First" mindset. The most enjoyable thing about the job is being able to work mobile.
