To Respect others is very important. Gossip free environment would be better.
Young people are working, have no respect for temporary workers. If tell them "Good morning" they will look other way, and walk away. Gossiping about co workers , always main subject. I felt very sad, working as temp. I had talked about this to my reporting manager, she was nice and she liked my work also. But not able to offer me permenant job. I left that job .becausturned

Contracted Employee
I work for a contracted employee that works out of PVH so I don't get to experience all the perks of working for PVH.
Great mentors at the company that are always willing to help out and teach you tricks within the field! The benefits are great which entice associates to work hard and create an atmosphere that encourages accountability.

A great learning experience
I worked as a temporary assistant to the Project manager who was to install a new Aarvark system of packaging. It was my job to walk the building everyday to take pictures of the progress of the job. I sent the pictures out to interested parties via internet. I took minutes at the meetings held for this. I had to put these on a form to be sent out to all interested parties. I worked with the Project 98 system. I had to work with various departments in order to complete tasks.
Proslearning experience, great family-oriented company, nice people
Consknowing it was a temporary job, not knowing many people there

great company values and culture, care of associates
heavy email driven, offers courses for associate improvement, management offers necessary tools for changing business environment. PVH offers fair compensation to industry standards. PVH top runner in HR issues in factories and driven to improve quality of global environment.
My work day can be very busy consisting of multiple projects. The first thing I do is gather all the necessary paper work for my many daily reports, download all photos taken by our Quality Control Department, open all worksheets then go through new email and correspond as needed.
Next, I organize all my paperwork accordingly then start on my annotations, report my findings, bill all vendor non-compliance issues then check on the status of my previous claims. Now I go onto recording the department’s production and hours, input my information in multiple spreadsheets to track and record all activity for that day.
At this point, I now log all supplies used for that particular day so we can bill the appropriate divisions. I check in with the Merchandise Coordinators and upper management to see if they may have any project that I may help them with. I create work orders for Special Handling to work on and do US Customs/Commercial Invoices for goods needing to go out of the Country. I work with the Traffic team out of New Jersey as well as our Air Authorization team to have all my invoice’s approved so I can now prepare the goods to be shipped.
If there is any free time I may have, I check with Merchandise marketing to see if they may need my help in their department. In Merchandise marketing, any issues found with the hangtags or bag stickers; we take photos, create new tags, affix to the garment, repack and send it on its way.
A variety of project and reports may
ProsI have been able to learn so much from being in this current position, which I can take with me where ever I may go.
ConsI've been a Temp. for over 2 years now, and have no sense of permanency. We are still waiting for this created position to be approved.

Belle culture d'entreprise
Fun and exciting workplace. Always learning new things.
Great attention to detail needed. Great support from upper management.
New opportunities always coming up.
