I was a supervisor for many years and I seen many changes, some good and some bad. The best thing about the job was the experience and the people. We were a big Purolator family. We got bought out by several owners. The last one made drastic changes. Even the name was changed.

Good place to work
Very professional, if you have a good manager. Depending on the dept. your in. Good benefits and profit sharing. Not a bad place to work.

This was an excellent entry level CSR job. The company was going through very bad times while I was there. My job ended because our center closed.
I learned to take a high volume of care, have low call time average, and high call take average, while performing a high level of service. I enjoyed the fast pace.

Purolator was a great company to work for. They had great benefits and provided me with good experience to advance my career. They had a very friendly work environment.

a fair place to work
this was a fair place to work however you never had time off. I was ridiculous and should be against the law to work people in those conditions and for those hours.

I love working there the manager was like a best friend always helped you when you didn't know or understand something it was an enjoyable experience.

I worked 10 to 12hr shift 6 days a week. I did audits quality checks
and ran a case packer and a robot. I learned how to work in a tema environment. take leadership role when needed to. my co-worker was like family to me and still is. management was understand a great when came to managing.

Fast paced professional work place
Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process. Maintain production equipment and machinery. Perform quality checks on products and parts.

based on my individual experience, very good work place and management, very decent salary, All the unit managers are very cool, especially my manager. lots of fun, many things to learn

It's very fast paced with production daily
My experience with the company was very good very at least 9 years. Was able to learn a lot and was challenge to try different departments worked my way up to senior clerk looking after the afternoon billing department.
The wages could have been better but we're at par according to other courier companies.
Was dedicated as an employee but when they started too downsize was let go on my 10th year.
The payout wasnt the greatest either.
ProsOpportunities too learn and move up were great.

Amazing environment, fast paced and lots to do. I learned a lot from my Manager's and still keep in touch with multiple people to this day. I grew professionally as an employee there.
