Administration is horrible
I worked for Prospect for close to 8 months, my employment was terminated on what I believe were exaggerated grounds. The decision made by the GM to discipline me( terminate my employment) for a security violation was too extreme. The policy for dress code was to strict compared to the competing wheelchair service called ABM which was casual. Specific admins were very pushy with specific employees which seemed like harrassment. I do not recommend.

I don't encourage to work in this company
They dont appreciate employees. A lot of overtime but also a lot of work injuries.
Mangment have their privilege not everyone is the same they can choose to raise your money or fired you.

It's not Prospect Parking - so Indeed has the name misspelled. Cannot evaluate an incorrect spelling, since it will be misleading. I'll check my profile after this has been submitted.

A typical day at work
Provided services for anybody that need a wheelchair and other services as upon request/boarded all passenger that request our services also a lead to whichever airline that coordinator is at that point in time/check in and checkout equipment to employees as need, answer phones also put that came in from different airlines and passengers

Meeting and assisting/helping passengers all the time is exciting!
I like talking with the customers and the work location in at airport. The bad part is they don't pay enough for their workers and no raises for employees. Low paying in all areas for living wages or just decent wage for the 21st century!

Slightly unorganized but assisting customers are great ways to stay connected.

Great fun job
If you want full experience with customer service this is the job for you and if you love assisting people and communicating you should look into this job and will most likely be fond of it and I would make the most out of this job.

Prospect Airport Services cares about their employees. A great place to work. Excellent benefits. pick your own work time. Supervisor knows his stuff.

Fun work place, relaxed, someqhat face paced
Prospect, is great part-time/ full-time job. For working college students before its busy seasons on holidays, do to the ramping up of, necessity of on hand workers for the influx of flights. Means more overtime less off time but the upside is the increase in pay.
