Amazing
You make what you put into it. I loved everything about Power and would recommend this company to everyone. Wonderful culture it’s as though everyone is your extended family

Good compensation if you like door to door, bad management and won’t move you forward when they promise.
Doesn’t live up to expectations and won’t let you grow throughout the company like they say they will. Be careful of what they tell you with bonuses. Working for them is like a fraternity
ProsGood compensation, good people.
ConsNo growth, No bonuses

Pros:

Work hard and get rewarded
Great company but no work life balance.
Managers are there to help. Many perks for top sales reps. Great technology to make your job easier when it’s time to write up contracts

Get what you put in
Power has a lot to offer an a lot of room for career advancement. Good company to work for. The earning potential in unlimited and the leads are prequalified by a call center. Makes it hard for the marketer to get demos, but really weeds out the bad appointments for sales reps.
ProsMoney to be made
ConsA lot of hours

Amazing place to work, must have your own a car during COVID-19
Power is my all-time favorite place to have worked. The company is made up of a diverse crowd; all kinds of wonderful people who perform many roles and responsibilities that have acquired great resilience, dedication, and highly uncommon optimism; something I’ve looked for in a job for a very long time. They are masters of their discipline and prioritize the success of their team above their own; a hard thing to find. While working at Power was not easy, they also believe that greatness doesn’t happen in comfort zones, which I greatly enjoyed. I was unfortunately let go as a result of COVID-19, as they were no longer able use their company vans and I had no vehicle of my own to get to-and-from marketing territories. I’m hoping that I can join the Power Family again, someday soon.
ProsEveryone wants to help you succeed
ConsMust have your own license/car during COVID-19

They can be very misleading about the opportunities they offer.
Be cautious about what they say they can offer you. No matter what you will be starting out as a door to door salesman. It can be difficult to grow within the company.
ProsWork starts at 10
ConsA lot of driving, no compensation for gas, no consistency of income

Great company to start a construction career
I think each day started, like anyone working for another company. Work through the doors and say your good mornings to everyone and touch base on their day. What was good, what was bad and what they experienced that I may encounter on another project. Those individuals performing another job, that may not have a lot construction experience. Ask what they went through and what they had trouble one and give them some of my knowledge and what I would have done. Possibly give them an easier solution, or just make the job easier to perform. Get to my desk get my paperwork ready for the day. I would then take the time to read the note for the following days appointments and prepare my material accordingly.
The culture of the company is young minded, more so "work hard, play harder." When they goals go the office and the company were achieved, they gave back to the employees and showed everyone their gratitude for their hard work.
The hardest part of the job was relying on the office in PA to order the right materials. Take proper notes, so I could perform my job and close out the task. The enjoyable part of the job, was seeing the sight of satisfaction of the clients face and truly thankful for helping.
ProsIf goals were met in first quarter, e Mexico trip in Dec. was awarded
ConsSome of the work experience was not present from colleagues

Great for millenials
Great Company for a younger generation. For people that want a home life and structured schedule then this is not for you. I couldn't understand the need for being on call 12 hours a day

Fun and young atmosphere in the office environment. One call closing in potential customers homes. On call 6 days a week, 100% commission, difficult work life balance. Company management was incredible, local management had its issues.
Overall very good job for young go-getters with no real commitments elsewhere.
ProsIndividual freedom, Team Environment, Fun events
ConsWork-Life balance, 100% Commission, High Stress
