Full Job Description
Manage the production of all CVM assets for global in store presentation, artwork and signage needs. Maintain an effective team of production support and vendor relationships. Uphold the highest standard of quality execution for all CVM assets.
GLOBAL CASE LINE INITIATIVES
Manage the vendor product development, production lifecycle, and global roll out of all CVM case line campaigns. Ensure all work is delivered in a timely manner and to the highest standard befitting a global luxury brand.
Partner with Procurement to develop a budgeting and bidding strategy for each rollout, while proactively creating improved processes for future campaigns.
Collaborate with, and manage, cross-functional teams including CVM Design , Visual Merchandising , and Floor Planning to develop individual project assets. Align to confirm presentations standard and requirements are fulfilled for each campaign.
Oversee and maintain quality standards by leading meticulous samples reviews with vendors and internal CVM teams. Identify realistic solutions to challenges such as shipment of delicate props or identification alternative materials, while maintaining the integrity of the design.
Communicate with CVM regional team regarding collateral needs and feedback. Proactively share updates on deliveries, production status and intent
GLOBAL IN-STORE ACTIVATIONS
Manage the vendor product development, production lifecycle, and roll out of in-store creatives displays, fixtures and activations. Ensure all work is delivered in a timely manner and to the highest standard befitting a global luxury brand.
Create and update project budgets and SOW’s. Process and manage all purchase orders and invoices through COUPA Procure to Pay System in a timely manner.
Generate and communicate timelines for all relevant projects to interdepartmental and cross-functional TCO partners. Establish and update all CVM touchpoints and delivery dates as needed.
Partner closely with Global Merchandising and Global Assortment Planning to identify asset distribution and launch calendars in order to align CVM deliverables.
Proactively lead sourcing and counter-sourcing initiatives for raw materials, finished goods, and new vendors that adhere to TCO standards.
NEW STORE OPENINGS
Manage and lead the new store opening process for all in-store CVM collateral by ensuring CVM Operating Model milestones are met. Act as the main point of contact for market leaders, cross-functional TCO teams, and internal CVM partners.
Partner closely with Global Store Development to establish CVM budgets and timelines. Manage accurate close-out costs within COUPA Procure to Pay System.
Partner with Global Store Design and Operations to review all floorplans and help maintain global in-store standards. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and local market teams to confirm floorplan layouts and in-store collateral needs are met.
Oversee bulk production orders, delivery and installation of CVM in-store collateral and artwork programs
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5 - 7 years experience in merchandising, visual display, styling or related areas.
Luxury retail experience essential.
Ability to lead and develop a team.
Experience overseeing a global production budget.
Primary experience at creating compelling retail display.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to proactively manage a complex process.
Proactive, flexible, enthusiastic and strong interpersonal skills.
Experience with cross-functional teaming and proven ability to work with a variety of people and present ideas and information to group.
Strong knowledge of vendor sources and craftspeople for materials, techniques, props and fufillment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Comfortable in and appreciative of a luxury retail setting.
Basic knowledge of jewelry, leather goods and gifts.
Able to travel as needed for store visits & installations.
Strong sense of composition and design. Strong conceptual skills.
Knowledge of sourcing from obscure sources.
Degree in Fine Arts or equivalent work experience.
