Jim Perdue is an amazing leader and really takes care of his people. They really care about family and work life balance. The Sr. Controller is weak but overall strong organization.

Perdue is a large diverse company and in the Medical Dept at my present location there is a lack of opportunity for advancement. There is noted favoritism among the staff and Management. The company as a whole is a great place to work and if given the opportunity would be a place that many have and could call a place to embark upon a rewarding Career.

Overall a good job. Exceptionally good co-workers. Management will usually work with qualified electricians to reach a good compromise of hours and shifts. Pay is good for the right electricians..

Heres a real answer instead of a guess. I just started 2 weeks ago. I make 13.80/hr and after 60 days i get a 50 cent raise. The normal starting rate is 11.50/hr then it goes to 12. I work nights so i get a shift differential.
