Great coffee with great people
The only issue at Peet’s is the management they are awful, Major lack of communication and the pay is not good at Peet’s Coffee or I would still be there

this is a fast paced , fast-food work environment. You are expected to preform according to a standard of excellence, however it is very apparent and easy to achieve with effort.

Great place to work!
I'd still be working there if we hadn't had to move. Great culture, great managers - wonderful customers. I highly recommend working at Peet's - it's too bad they are not in Florida!

Hard work
Employees are cross trained in all aspects of the job. Being level-headed was necessary because the store was constantly busy.

Good overall
In the beginning it was a lot of fun helping to establish Peet’s Coffee in the Dallas market. The pay was above average and the work hours were good. It is a physical job though and it’s go go go once start your day.

Great culture, exciting times!
Great work-life balance, fun and energetic atmosphere. Very exciting time to be apart of the company as they're growing but resources are not 100%, need to be very resourceful and scrappy.
