Fun workplace
I love working at Panda Express because the job culture is relaxed and the crew is like a big family . The customer service experience can get really complicated due to the fast paced and some other things.

Heavily focused on customer service and experience
Panda prioritizes the customer and their experience, which is both commonplace and expected at many fast food joints.
There is also a heavy emphasis on cleanliness and organization.

A learning experience
The company creates a very entertainment friendly environment. If you are not show biz personalities, you wouldn't fit it. It is Hollywood style entertainment, in short, you would find out your boss change all the direction of the research to fit in Hollywood critics. There is no secret in the company because the Benefit Department are run by the owners distance relatives.
Pros20% off lunch meal

Poor management
I did not like working their due management being so unorganized. I felt as if my feelings were not taken into consideration. The environment was hostile and every employee was always walking on egg shells.

Busy and fast paced.
Usually a lot of customers. It's very fast paced and busy all the time so be prepared for that. Panda has secret shoppers which have a list to check off and if you don't go step by step, you get in trouble. Management really makes or breaks it sometimes but be prepared to be constantly in a good mood in busy hours, it does go by fast though. It's really up to if you're a people person and are glad to serve.
ProsFree lunches, Lots of hours, Good pay

Productive and fun workplace with pool tables
I get to work at 9 sign in.then wear my apron and safety shoes and hair net and start chopping vegetables and slicing and peeling fruits.Prepare a large pot of rice or patatoes for chef can use or to prepare a dish. Then i would manually wash the pots and throw out the trash.
Prosfree lunches
