Production
The unlimited amount of leads and great salary with very little potential in my region because of discrimination in management. It was such a promising career if I would have had smells finalized on timely matter.

Do not quit your current job
Anyone approached by this company, please do a lot of research before leaving your current career. Policy changes daily, they mass hire, and then lay off just before your 6 month mark.

Chaos and poorly developed start up concept
Chaos and poorly developed start up concept gone bad. The leadership at the top is way to experienced to launch a international business in the United States. Had no clue of what it takes and no ethical consideration for the life changing decisions and actions they took. A great idea gone bad due to ignorance greed, a desire to make a quick buck and lack of planning at the top.
ProsSalary came on time. I was surprised, but the amount was sometimes incorrect and difficult to correct.
ConsLack of business knowledge, ethics, and morals around critical business decisions.

OYO Review
Great people to work with. Poor management, abuse of power & bottlenecking. Promotion is not for proficient employees, it is for the employees that they like (regardless of efficiency) and to employees that may get subcontractor kickbacks.

Not a very good environment to work in always drama with employee and customer
They was not organized they hire people who don't know what to do they seek for workers who needs place to stay so they don't have to pay as much like as $50 for a week

OYO Account Manager
Really good company to work for, excellent training provided. What's a remote position before covid Chanello's special benefits for being remote but they paid very very well.
ProsExcellent pay, great training, good in field support
ConsSome managers like to micromanage. But it wasn't company policy

Great team to work with. Competitive sales field. Challenging sale. Work was fun and rewarding.
This was a hunting role. Main part of job was research, strategic planning and asset targeting. Then set up meeting with asset owner and start selling. Once you and the owner or owners have come to agreements on sales propositions. Then the contracts come out and you have to get all parties to agree. Much negotiation is involved here.
ProsFun, exciting, challenging. Something new everyday.
ConsAlways changing, start up...

WARNING Avoid working here at all costs
I have never in my life seen a more disorganized company that claims it’s “growing faster than Uber”. Upper management is clueless and we’re hired just cause they have some fancy Ivy League degrees. The expectations are unrealistic, and there is virtually no company culture unless if you count fear of being unemployed. I was there for a little under a year and in my time there they had 3 MASS LAYOFFS. Basically they fire people every quarter even when you were doing your job and doing it well.
Clients always backed out/didn’t want to sign up with them due to their reputation as a lying dishonest company.
Final thoughts? I wouldn’t be caught dead staying in one of their trashy rooms. Stay far far far away.

Didn’t get to begin
I was hired by the company in December of 2019 to start January 2020. I was told 4 days before my start date that my offer had been rescinded. Major let down.

Business Development Manager
My time at OYO rooms was an absolutely incredible experience. Management was unbelievably supportive and encouraging. I made several meaningful connections with C level executives. The CEO and COO were highly involved and accessible to all of us. Unfortunately the pandemic caused furlough and then layoffs but the company itself was an amazing company to work for.
I enjoyed my time with this company immensely and wish them the absolute best.

Run run run
There is no stoppage even after 200% target achievement, something will pop up screwing your happiness. Forget about personal life or if you're newly married stay away as even you won't be knowing what time you'll reach home.

No job security
No job security
You get hired and fired, without any notice period or something. Only their fnf process and hiring process is quick rest designation that they offer are different than what they actually should be.

I wont recommend due to no job security. Also if you have old boss in startup its not gonna work. The faster you go there are more chances to crash...
