Acceptable place to work. Not exceptional but not horrible either. Staff are friendly overall. Pay is decent. 1st shift is preferable to 2nd, if you apply there.

Very stressful, non safe, non friendly.
A place where you have to make you percentages, but however, when you make your number upper management raises the numbers so till your unable to reach your mark.

Excellent company
After spending nearly 28 years with this company I still feel a member of "the family." I was solely responsible for achieving my sales goals, and did so with a minimum of supervision.
I spent approximately one day in my office and the rest of my time visiting with my customers acting not only as a consultant, but also finding solutions to their problems and needs. It was very rewarding knowing that I was helping make people well.

Very nice people, light atmosphere.
Very nice people, and good place to work. Management is very easy to work with, and I've made many friends here. My reason for this new work search is for a better compensation package. Seems my current ceiling is a bit low, compared to my work performance, current market and economy status. Thank you for your consideration.

Great working culture
O&M provides a great working culture that values the teammates and their famlies. It has always provided for me an opportunity to grow and advance. Teammate and customer interaction is the best part of my daily activities, and being able to resolve issues if they arise.

Work Environment
If you have a problem with management, they will always take the supervisors word until you have a lawsuit.

Typical Distribution Center
After a month on the job, I was promoted to Quality Control a division of Inventory Control. We oversee the outbound orders are correct and up to customers standards. Handling most of the major Hospitals in the Cincinnati Tri-state area, we have a reputation to up-hold.
