Unstable ethics and work policies.
The company has changed visions, goals, and polocies more than 10 times in that past few months. When I start I was suppose to be an Admin for Collections, within the first month I was a foreclosure specilaist, now I am an Assistant Secretary who signs legal documents for foreclosure. All this with no band increase, bonus or title change within the system.

Productive and good work life balance
Overall OMF is a good place to work. Management was supportive and provided for a collaborative workplace. OMF provided the ability to work from home to minimize commuting time and expense.

From Citi to OneMain
Had a great career and learning experience while under Citi. Once they sold off a piece to OneMain the job security became unstable with limited opportunities to change positions

I loved working there. I learned a lot and the company pays for you to get certified for selling supplemental insurance and to obtain your MLO license. Great experience to learn about financial benefits.

My daily Recap.
On a daily basis I answer the phones for customer service related issues, take applications for loan via phone and in person. I process applications, review applications, approve applications, close the loan and sell other related products with this process. I also service existing customer accounts and always looking for ways to cross sell and upsell to better assist my clients. I also collect accounts which involve standard payment processing, payment arrangments and in many cases Legal action. I process the accounts payable and manage records for the company as well. Customer service must remain at its best during this entire process and I strive for nothing but the best.
