Responsibilities:
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for maximizing passenger revenue in assigned markets of up to $500M annually
RESPONSIBILITIES
Pro-actively monitor and analyze nonstop market performance and forecast quality to identify opportunities for revenue growth; adjust forecasts accordingly
Understand and adjust market forecast in Revenue Management System from schedule publish until its flight date by utilizing own analysis: competitive, network and capacity adjustment impacts, pricing changes, and other demand influencers
Expert in forward-looking demand trends in assigned markets
Deliver well-written post-analysis on one market per month and as requested by Leaders
Identify outliers in forecasting system and make appropriate actions
Assist Team in managing holidays and events and make forecast adjustments as needed
Conduct and present analysis on revenue performance within market scope
Actively react to and prevent demand spill
Provide Positively Outrageous Customer Service to both internal and external Customers
Complete analysis utilizing basic Excel functions including, but not limited to: pivot tables, formulas, lookups

EDUCATION
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Required: Bachelor's Degree - Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics, Data Science, Business or Engineering preferred

EXPERIENCE
Preferred: 1 year of analytical/problem-solving experience
Preferred: Intermediate functionality in Microsoft Excel
Preferred: Experience and knowledge of Revenue Management principles and practices
