No room for growth
They may tell you that there is room for advancement but it only goes so far. It all depends on how well your liked not how well you do your job. If you want to be in Management and excel, then you have to hire in as Management.

This is a good place to learn phlebotomy. If you’re a skilled phlebotomist they DONT pay very well for all they expect.
This is a good place to learn phlebotomy. If you are a skilled phlebotomist .They don’t pay very well and what they expect of you it’s a little unrealistic when certain factors are out of your control like the donors diet ,vein size , or if the donor isn’t even Doing what they’re supposed to do during the donation it’s on you. There are times when it is so busy and hectic the emergency room seemed more calm and organized. All they care about is how much plasma can you put in the bottle. This is the fast food of phlebotomy. You get people in there that donating plasma is their only source of income. If for any reason they’re not able to Receive full pay most of the time it’s due to The donors own dehydration. It’s on you even if management knows the situation the donor chooses to end the donation early to make it to an appointment even if they know it takes about an hour to donate. If that happens and you don’t get the full amount of plasma you get in trouble for not having a full donation. There is a reason plasma donation centers have revolving doors when it comes to employees.
ProsIf you donate you make $50.
ConsStressful, drama, hours, pay, attitude

I like the job but could use more pay for employees
I enjoyed working here with the donors and employees are always fun and upbeat. The managers work well with employees working with schedules and schooling.

Lack of leadership in the centers. Remaining managers expected to pick up the slack of open positions upper management refuses to fill in efforts to cut costs
ConsUpper mangement does not care about the well being of their employees, works them until they burned out

Great For Any Phlebotomy Exprience
Very fast paced work environment. Great company to work for if your looking to stay current with your blood draws as an phlebotomist. Most of the staff is very social and willing to help! The hardest part of the job, is being under staffed a lot of the times.
ProsThe company buys staff lunch sometimes
ConsManagement and Being over worked at times !

Most of the staff is productive while making it a fun work environment
The Management staff is a bit disorganized and could definitely use better communication but the work environment is still productive and fun.
