Full Job Description
As part of the People Ops team, you will play an integral part in introducing new Bolters to our company and culture. As an Onboarding Associate, you will provide onboarding support to the Learning & Development Team in a coordination capacity with a focus on process improvement. You will assist with the development and implementation of new processes and training content for our onboarding program.
Responsibilities:
Have a deep understanding of the current onboarding process and start to formulate suggestions on areas of improvement.
Own end to end logistics, scheduling, and all moving parts of our new hire onboarding process as Bolt doubles our employee headcount across the US and Canada.
Design and maintain onboarding process documents and internal Confluence pages for People Operations, new hires, and hiring managers.
Ensure our new hire onboarding processes run seamlessly across HR, Recruiting, IT, and hiring managers.
Assist Onboarding Lead with program management of onboarding experience for Day 1+ and beyond.
Manage the off-boarding process for employees leaving the company.
Find opportunities to streamline processes, create efficiencies and improve the new hire experience.
Step into to assist and contribute to special projects and tasks for the People Operations team.
Requirements:
1+ years of Human Resources/People Operations or coordination/administrative experience
Strong attention to detail and capable of exercising independent judgment and discretion to determine appropriate action.
Outstanding written & verbal communication with solid organization skills
A thoughtful and collaborative approach, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Google Suite
Experience using Asana and Confluence a plus ++
