over all quality culture
It depends on the franchise you're a part of weather this company is right for you or not. Some follow the culture, some do not. The ones that do are great to work for. The other ones, not so much.

Good place to make easy money
Not hard work, mentally or physically. Easy money, especially if you don't mind washing dishes. If you learn to actually make the pizza, it helps the time pass but on busy days you won't have to worry about trying to pass the time if you are a driver.

Productive, alright management, and busy
A typical day at work was normally busy, setting up dinning room, making pizza dough, start huge catering orders, mop, sweep, clean bathrooms, dishwasher when closing, supplied customers with food, stock coolers, and cleaned parking lot. working at Marcos Pizza taught me to be patient and respectful. Management was okay, place is till making business. The co-workers were polite and respected each customer and employee. The hardest part of the job was when i had clean up nasty built up trash around the main dumpster outside. The most enjoyable part of the job was the slices of pizza i ate when i was there, i got to try all there flavors of pizza and other items on the menu.

Very productive and all around fun place to work
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Marco's Pizza. The management was outstanding and I could always count on learning something new each day at work. Great experience with being able to handle work and school. Definitely the perfect first job.

Fun work environment
The job itself is pretty fun, but there are definitely aspects that make the job hard. There is a high turnover rate which causes a constant flow of people coming and going.

Productive and Intense Work Environment
As a former General Manager at Marco's Pizza, I was very fortunate to have built a relationship with the franchisee to where our communication was seamless with my execution and operations of the store. This made my work, for the most part, very enjoyable. I was also allowed to be innovative in creating in-person and social-media marketing plans, which helped increased monthly sales by over 25%.
ProsFree lunch
ConsSometimes unexpected longer work hours due to lack of employees or employee no-show

It’s a fun place but people are shady there
Other than the shady people the general manager is amazing but they do have some flaws like bringing old people who are toxic to the work place back in
ProsYou can make a ton of friends and the general manager is amazing
ConsOther staff are cocky and think they are privileged
