Great place to work and learn
Mahindra & Mahindra is a great place to work and learn things. As an automotive manufacturing quality engineer I learned the things in a detailed and practical way as it is a assembly plant. Management and co-workers are really good.

Morale
The CEO is a great leader. He is always looking out for his employees. However, on the shop floor, that management seems to care more about the bottom line then the people.
