The Job:
Our client is seeking a Sales Director who will be responsible for leading their sales team to reach and exceed quarterly and annual targets and enable them to sell subscriptions. You will recruit, hire, and train your team to perform to their highest potential. You will work closely with their VP of Revenue, Sr. Director of Sales and Sales Enablement, and Pilot Account Management team to accomplish your business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, on-board and train your sales team to become strong individual contributors
- Set sales goals, asses current and prior individual performance metrics, develop individual quotas, and assign territories for team members
- Maintain the highest levels of integrity, authenticity and honesty
- Use smart/modern sales training techniques & methodologies to up-skill and enhance team performance
- Coach, mentor and provide constructive feedback to team members consistently
- Achieve/exceed agreed metrics and KPIs
- Act as a liaison for our customers and provide feedback to the business and product owners
