Great Place to Work
I have had my share of ups and downs at Humana, but overall I really enjoyed my time there.
One of the strengths of Humana is its workplace culture. There are so many great people there and everyone works toward a common goal. I can't say enough great things about my time there.

Ok place to work. Great opportunity to learn a lot about health care and many of the key businesses within it. It's also a good environment to learn influencing and leadership skills.

Not a bad place to work
Not a bad place to work. I was in my position for 2 years and wanted to move on but got stuck in my position. The expectation was set for advancement and it did not happen.

Big company with many levels of management
Great company and very progressive. Often are too advanced and lack the basics. Many meetings and executive approvals to advance your work. Very bureaucratic approach to work.

Work at Home
Management within my division is excellent. There is a full transparency. I know this is NOT the same across all divisions but they are committed to making this system wide.

Things started out pretty well for the first 2 years and then went progressively down hill this year, with more ridiculous protocols and not enough travel time and rude clients, as well as rude phone personel

Excellent company with benefits
Humana is a company that cares about their employees and their growth. What I like about this place is that you’re given the tools needed to be able to be successful and you can go from there with little to no supervision.

Great learning experience
Great place to work. Enjoyed it and was promoted frequently and had additional levels of responsibility and experience necessary. Would be happy to work there again.

Wonderful Connected Environment
Humana has a great atmosphere, and is team-oriented. They place a lot of emphasis on each individual employees well-being and have created a lot of incentives that focus on well-being on a multitude of different areas of interest. Their champion of inclusiveness while maintaining a diverse workplace should be applauded.

It is a very good work place! If you know your clinical knowledge its a huge advantage for you in make your decisions when reviewing cases. Time management is very important.
