Personal Opinion
I wouldnt recommend working for this company and even if they offered me double my salary for the 3rd time I would not take it. Work life balance doesnt exist , the culture is not fit for south africans, If you achieve better levels than the Chinese you will lose your job like I did, Favoritism and everything is slow paced because of the language barriers. Terrible company too work for

Mala empresa, con cultura de esclavitud.
El ambiente laboral es de mucho acoso y hostigamiento por parte de los líderes, eso a pesar de que no tienen su propios procesos claros, los chinos son groseros y la mayor parte de la gente que labora ahí no tiene título profesional, son muy incapaces de resolver un problema y ponen trabas para darte una pago extra por días extra o te descuentan por no hacer algo bien, trabajen ahí bajo su propio riesgo.

Great Place for fresh graduates to learn from scratch
I was working in Huawei between 2006 and 2008. They helped me to understand my abilities and but my career path. Good place to work for only 2 years and at beginning of your career. Later on will be a little bit difficult.

Es una empresa que brinda oportunidades y conocimiento al trabajador lo malo es que no reintegran al personal lo digo porque trabajeno una temporada de diciembre se me término el contrato y nunca más me volvieron a recibir no tuve ningúna queja.
