Excellent company
Very good company to work, the benefits are standards but there are good. The managers take care of you. Good learning on this company, like to work culture.

Okay, for the most part
I loved working there. Good place to work but not a family friendly place for sure. People were great to work with. Management could use a lot of improvements.

Constant pressure to minimize costs by working unpaid overtime.
Poor cafeteria options. People are good to work with. Upper management does not seem to understand what is required to make the company function.

Great Workplace Advancement, Management Needs Work
A great place to get the skills you need to launch your career outside of Honeywell. Management needed a lot of work. The management had a lack of integrity.

Bad idea
No staff meeting whatsoever. Processes are undocumented but kept in the heads of a few who are rude.
No job training. You need to guess. Hardware testing is so badly written it gets hopped around like a hot potato since the execution keeps failing.
Component calibration or calibration check prior to a flight is non-existent. No FDA presence.
Today I am terrified to fly

Buen ambiente de trabajo pero con mucho estres
El inicio del turno es la asistencia de Tier 1, 2, 3, 3.5 y 4, mi responsabilidad era atender Tier 3.5 y 4.
El sistema HOS lo mejor para poder administrar una planta, el haber sido parte de haber logrado el nivel silver me dio muchas herramientas.
Hay muchas juntas de trabajo a toda hora y esto hace que te tengas que quedar fuera de tu horario laboral para poder trabajar en tus acciones, es necesario contar con un buen equipo que te respalde y te apoye.
