The people they hire and the work environment is unmatched.
I have made special connections with workers at Hollister. I can truly say the job taught me a lot. At the time I had another job as well but of a different caliber. It was nice to get the experience of both work spaces especially at the same time. I wish I could’ve continued to work there but I had so much going on.

Enjoyable workplace and great opportunity for experience
Within the two years of working in Hollister, I gained experience in customer service, managing money and working the cashier, engaging with others and often found myself smiling during the job because of the many different cultures walking through the doors of the job. Both, the coworkers and management were very helpful and were willing to communicate for better understanding with an employee. A lending hand was never a problem. Communication with others that spoke a different language as I was always difficult but definitely helped me with patience for future opportunities.

An fun and energetic atmosphere
The atmosphere of the store was very energetic. I always had something to do and I really liked that. I either helped the customers with any questions, helped at the register and maintained the quality of the store. I learned communication skills and customer satisfaction skills. There were no opportunities to more up if you didn't have a college degree so it's mostly a high school job if that's what you are looking for

Fun and mellow
Team play kind of environment. Every one is at their proper station doing what they're suppose to comply with. whether is keeping stations clean or helping out customers.

Wasn't amazing. Manager was unprofessional. The company could use some improvements.

Flexible Schedule
Very chill working environment. The pay isn't that great so don't prioritize this job over others. The managers and other associates are very friendly as well.

Mostly fun but sometimes draining.
Everyday you fold clothes, replenish stock and tend to customer requests. Impossible to maintain standards because of sheer volume of stock. Some members of management have questionable work ethic. ZERO HOUR CONTRACTS AND CALL IN SHIFTS???

Maintained order in room, ensured cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
