Good Place to work
Good place to work, able to move around and gain new skills and experience. Decent benefits some what competitive pay. Depends on what department you are looking to work in. Overall great opportunity.

Eh, it was management
Management was poor. Definitely loved the job, just wish I didnt work with so many kids at the time, they didnt care about their jobs, playing around, no sense of maturity or responsibility and management was cool because they were all "friends". The environment often felt negative and draining, but it was really not the job itself just the coworkers and management

Great Hospital!
Great Hospital! Had great co-workers, management, and department! HFHS offered great services and great doctors. Enjoyed working at HFHS for about 10 years!

Good management and a strong Just Culture
As far as the large hospital systems in the area go, I can say with certainty that you can't do better than Henry Ford. Sure, they still have their problems but there is a commitment to the employee there that is completely absent most places.

Productive place to work
Henry Ford is a great place to work. I have a great supervisor and management team. They are very supportive. The hardest part of this job is when my clients authorization does not get approved in a timely matter for a surgery or procuders due to their insurances company.

Was a great place to work with wonderful staff and fellow employees.
I left after having my third child to become an at home Mom. Stayed on as a contingent employee for years.

I highly recommend working for Henry Ford Allegiance Hospital. Good pay, great benefits, family friendly. I can see myself working here for a very long time.

I have acquired many skills at Henry Ford Health System, nursing and management. I have had excellent mentors and preceptors. I have had the honor of working with outstanding nurses and physicians throughout my career. Nursing and nursing management are face paced, demanding positions but I have enjoyed the challenge and the wealth of knowledge and experience I have gained here.
