Very caring
Very easy people to work for. They would listen and help out when need you help. They cared about their employees. I would still be working there if they hadn't sold the stations. I do miss them.

Good place to start out
Good place to start out your career but not much room for upward advancement. Starting salary is below average and commission structure is extremely low.

Great company to work for
I loved working for Hays. Great managers and great company I worked for. I would love to stay longer to work. It was not long term assignment but still I loved to work for them again.

Friendly workplace and the knowledge I gained
While working with Celanese during my contract I gained a wealth of troubleshooting experience and how to communicate to the user that everything would be taken care of and be back to the same after deployment of a new machine.

Indexed documents , sections, tapes, maps and well logs, medica record. Management was great, the people that work at the company got along with one other.

Interesting variety
Hays is a lot of fun--I especially liked projects, learning on job, and people. Employers often had a job where no one there knew how to do it (e.g. use the postal machine effectively to fold and stamp; make an Excel sheet work the way it was originally designed before it was trashed in ignorance). Work is fun when you have variety. I could not have won a foot in the door with most of the places I was sent to work on a temporary basis. It felt invigorating to be able to contribute to great employers.

Professional ran office
Hays are a professional ran office who take their roll seriously for their clients.
They keep clients updated on a regular basis.
Hays also listen to their clients and will only suggest what the client has requested.

Agency work as a Medical Secretary
Hays recruitment were excellent at finding placements for me as a Medical Secretary . I gained experience working for different specialities, learning different medical terminology which was very interesting. I enjoyed going to different locations and meeting new people and learning new systems.

Productive, and fun to work in
Loved working at BCU, it has opened my eyes into the world of higher education. Every body their was lovely to work with and made me feel welcome at all times. I've also never worked at a place that has invested so much time into helping me further my career.
Unfortunately my contract came to an end and due to budget cuts and an employment freeze they were no longer able to keep me on.

in meiner langjährigen Tätigkeit im Qualitätsmanagement als Baufortschrittscontroller und Design Quality Engineer bereits erfolgreich die Qualität und Koordinierung von Fertigungsprozessen sichergestellt.
Zuletzt arbeitete ich als Baufortschrittscontroller der Groß- und Kleinkomponenten im U-Boot-Bau für die Firma Thyssen Krupp Marine Systems GmbH in Kiel. Meine Aufgaben umfassten dabei unter anderem die Informationsbeschaffung, ¬-aufbereitung und –weitergabe direkt an die Betriebsleiter.
In dieser Funktion bildete ich die Schnittstelle zwischen den drei Kostenstellen Planung, Fertigung und Einkauf. Durch Organisation und Leitung von Auditierungsrunden mit den jeweiligen Kostenstellenverantwortlichen ermittelte ich Abweichungen zwischen Terminplan und Baufortschritt in der Fertigung. Das Berichten der Auswirkungen auf andere Planungsdokumente und Kernursachen an die zuständigen Planer, die Vorgesetzten sowie definierte Gremien gehörte zu meinen Zuständigkeiten. Weiterhin war die Festlegung von Maßnahmen zur Problemlösung und Überwachung der Maßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit Fertigung, Konstruktion und Einkauf Teil meines Aufgabenbereichs.

approachable & efficient
Currently temping, they found me work within a day - a 6 wk contract which has been extended. Always return calls, answer queries. Staff are very approachable and knowledgeable about their area - am really pleased so far.

Very good job work
Fun work and a very supportive management.
It is a highly organised environment with friendly approach to staff.
It is a motivational environment making staff want to complete all the task assigned.
It has a pressure in terms on deadlines but it was challenging and they made staff feel proud of themselves on any of the tasks completed.
I have given the opportunity to extend my management skills therefore I would say it was a great opportunity for me to prove my management skills as well as that I'm organised and capable of taking responsibilities and work well in a team.
The co-workers were able to work together in a professional manner with support and an understanding.
the hardest part of this job is meeting deadlines but we have made that as a team at all times.
