A day in the life
A typical day at work for me is coming in on time and working with my team to make the shift run smoothly. I strongly believe that working in an environment where my managers are here to help is key to a good day. The hardest part of my job is learning new things that may seem challenging at first but once i conquer it i really enjoy it.

The customers that I meet I really enjoy seeing them everyday.
The reason that I used to enjoy going into work was to see my customers that I had been helping for so long that we're happy to see me and they were great customers and they liked my cooking they like my personality they said that I had a beautiful smile that I got along with everybody that I kept it clean and that they would keep coming back to see me they like to taste of my biscuits and they said I just made them happy when they walked in the door and that's all that matters to me and they said I kept it very clean from the bathrooms to the dining area to everything.
ProsComing to work to enjoy my customers.
ConsThe work was not interesting or organized anymore so it just was not worth coming to work anymore.

Variety in all aspects of work.
I never knew from one day to the next, or from one hour to the next what would make up my day, because my day consisted of meeting and greeting a huge diversity of folks who were either having a good day or were down in the dumps. I took it upon my shoulders to cheer them up or to at least encourage them from whatever was troubling them. This was very fulfilling to me. And I was able to provide a hot meal, too, which in itself was nourishment for both the body and the soul.

The job is flexible with hours but management lacks and many crew members are promised positions but I've seen little of advancement
Many employees hate to come to this Hardees in particular, we don't tend to make drive thru time. Where we do have two strong managers that are fair but kind the work load seems to be put on them, one of our best managers and gm had to take a leave of absence due to I believe personal life but the company itself too. Often times we are short handed, managers rather than give encourageable words and jumping on the back line would rather raise their voices they complain about drive-thru time usually the blame is either put on the front line or the backline the Cooks. We are a team I believe a lot of people forget that which causes a lot of stress in this work situation

Franchise company , slow paced .
A typical day at Hardee's was slow , 2-6 customers per hour . I learned patience , people skills , and how to stay busy ; the managers were okay . My co workers loved my work ethic and attitude; I'd come in , take the trash out immediately and get to work , I rarely said No when asked to do something . The hardest part of my job was staying busy in a slow environment and I enjoyed helping the customers .

Very stressful and time consuming
I loved my job at Hardees'. I am a people person and concentrate solely on providing excellent customer service. I was over worked and under paid. I turned my 2 week notice in and I was fired before that notice was up due to the fact that I was owed 4 weeks vacation time and they did not want me to give me what I deserved.
ProsGreat benefits
Consnot enough money for the work that is expected of you.

Very flexible work environment. .
Management very supportive. We had a flexible environment and very good office environment. I thought this job would provide more job security. However once I got there it was obvious that the company was not doing well financially and in the end they went bankrupt.
ProsGood work environment.
ConsBusiness ended filing bankruptcy.
