Great place to work!
Been here for almost 4 years and hope to work for another 4. Very easy place to work and very straight forward. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Job
It was one of my first job working with hospitality. Its a great place to work around new people and more opportunities. There more space to grow within the company

I love the company, but where i work no room tho advance, no increase in pay, management have their pick of certain employees.
The company is great, I wanna move to a different property in which I can grow and advance. I've worked in the hospitality business for over 20 years. I've been housekeeper supervisor, but given the chance and the right person tho train me i can do anything. I currently work front desk, breakfast, laundry, housekeeping, utilities.

Friendly, low key work place.
Good team work most of the time. Always busy and left to do my job without constant supervision. Learned problem solving between employees if it came to a disagreement. Supervisor very hard working and helpful. Most everyone in housekeeping helped each other to get things done each day. The hardest part of the job was being hard on myself. I enjoyed working at the hotel. My body was sometimes telling me otherwise.
ProsFree lunches, paid lunch break
ConsCan't think of any

What a great Hotel Brand!
Great Product, Great People, Great Price Value! Best consistancy in the hotel industry. I think that the brand ought to require a basic set of employee benefits from their owners. Its not good that benefts such as six paid national holidays, paid vacations etc... are regressing in availability. Owners and the Brandincrease profits off the backs of their Associates How can Hilton allow their Franchisee's to not offer paid holidays? Paid Time Off? Direct Deposit? and ... forget about medical insurance, a 401K, and at least minimal paid family leave. It hard for Hiltonn to profess to be a leading and progressive company, or being corporately responsible while hiding behind their Franchisee's skirts legally. They've made Billions while lwering the care for their employees. Quit talking about being responsble while allowing your Owners to treat people as if it is 1920 rather than 2020. Your people are critical to your success.... act like it! Hilton... DO THE RIGHT THING before Bernie Sanders give's you no choice! This is sad, but a reconing is coming.

Overall experience
I’ve worked at Hampton Inn for the past year and I was excited to join what I deemed a professional workplace environment. At my particular environment however, it’s franchise, so I’m not sure if that makes a complete difference in the pay and opportunity for growth, but there’s little of both. The one thing that frustrates me working here is the fact that I am on Night Audit but am still expected to take the time out of my personal day to attend meetings, and other events. This job would be a lot better if there was more appreciation towards the lower employees. I guess that’s how all big corporations work though. Overall, I’d rate this as a good job for professionals just starting out, but not a great career.

Good place to work.
I worked here for 2 and a half years. I loved working at the Hampton but wanted to change careers. There was some drama was I was working there but everywhere you go there will be drama.
