Dead end job with low wages
Fun work place with supportive management. Not all about the numbers but how you personally grow and develop. Decent amount of red tape and politics, but this is expected of a big company

Once you have a good pace its "rock n roll"!
Always have a great time and the time fly's past. You get a good focus like your supposed to and you can knock out your job proudly. Workers are friendly and willing to help. Mostly it's a team and it's like a family.

ConsBreaks are short when u get one. Some days get so hot and its like you need more air.

Unfriendly environment. Supervisors literally scream at employees and then run to hr when you tell them not to tell at you.
Really not a good place to work. Pay is low and stress is high. Constant mandatory 12s lasting up to 5 months straight. And if your one of the smart people that get the doctors note saying you can't work, they fire you. Poor attitude from all superiors

ConsLow pay, Time clock on the floor, so you have to walk all the way through the factory, to clock in, Supervisors and management are always butting heads, and the supervisors take it out on the employees.

Great people to work with. Hot in the molding department ESPECIALLY in summer. If I hadn't of had health issues I would still be there. On my shift we had a great Lead person. Everyone pitch in to get the job done.

A day in the life at Grupo Antolin
A typical day is walking in to machines needing repair. So work starts right away and doesn't stop until the day is done. The hardest part of the job is explaining to people how to avoid break downs. the most enjoyable part of the day is when the machines are running smoothly.

Fun to work if your group you are with works together and not against you
Fast pace from the time you hit the floor. No time to be horse playing and wasting time if you are down. You keep busy cleaning or go help someone else if your team lead tells you to do something don't argue with them just do as they ask and it won't be any problems. Never stand around on company time. Stay in your area and clean the machines until maintenance or whatever is going on is complete.

Management is terrible
When I originally started as a production operator on the production line things were great and mostly everyone got along, but once we moved to our new facility the priorities of management changed for the worst. Everyone started working against each other.

I have started work there since 2011 as a night shift warehouse co-ordinator. manufacturing company,i enjoy to work there as im only doing 32hrs per week.get paid for 40 hrs.
