Management is beyond the worst I have ever worked for. its a cut throat job, you wont receive any recognition for any strides you try to make with the company. from the GM to the Production managers need an entire slate clean

Great Opportunities
I started with the company as an Administrator and within 6 years I had worked my way up through being a Team Leader, to Supervisor and then to Warehouse Manager.
I had originally being trained to replace my manager upon his retirement (Logistics Manager) but I chose an alternative route in systems implementation.

I wa QA technician
The company cannot keep people there to work and they have a ton of turn over. They are not focused on safety and take short cuts to save money. One great thing is they hire felons and that is not common. These people need a second chance and they can get it there.

interesting and vibrant workplace
Greencore Prepared Meals is a very interesting and vibrant workplace where plenty of good things happen daily and the management
supports the workers in their further development and skills. The workplace culture is high and demanding. The hardest part of the job
is meeting the daily production deadlines and the most enjoyable part of the job is being able to collaborate with a diverse range of people orientated towards the company's success. I learnt plenty of good things there and I would definitely recommend working there to those ones who want to learn more about food.

Continuous Improvement Leader
Enjoyed my time with Greencore, Had plenty of opportunities with regards to training, development and a wide range of tasks to complete.
Greencore is an organisation that is focused on improving processes and developing its employees.
Only left the organisation due to redundancy otherwise I would still be employed by them.
ProsTraining, Development, Support good people employed

disorganised
shift manager didn't have a clue. offered job to keep me at company that they couldn't, to be told id have to way up to one year for that position to come up. after I had all ready trained someone to replace my current role leaving me in a situation where I was just doing odd jobs all over factory and at less pay than what they offered to keep me with company.
