Poorly Managed and Not a secure place to work.
Poor Management
Not a secure place to work
Everything I accomplished was through my own efforts and without any real support from my supervisor
Majority of warehouse staff were difficult to work with.

I miss working there so much and my relationship with daily customers.
It gave me a sense of purpose . It made me feel like I was comfortable in my own skin and was capable of working my best ability and surprising myself. I loved my customers ( regulars) I would alway remember what it is they like and would do anything to help them find they’re treasure that day. They miss me too ;(. They’yebtokd me. And it’s been 3 years. I never felt like I belonged at a workplace like I did at goodwill it made me feel like I had a purpose to live with my second goodwill family. I would do anything for a second chance. At any location.
ProsGreat atmosphere, non judgmental. Equality
ConsShort turnover rate of bosses leads to dramatic run changes fast.

Horrible managment
I was fired for a company policy which was changed without notice.or given any discussion or proper training on coorporate policies.the manager never told me the previous rules upon being hired and yet I still got fired.
ProsI was good at my job.
ConsChanging policy on employees without employees fully understand or knowing at all.

I worked there a couple of years ago and it wasn't that great management was really bad I did my best to work the hard as I could and be honest but it
Goodwill needs to change and give their employees at least $12 an hour they work hard and it needs to be more like a family because we're there all the time working

I'm so good environment to work around good people to work around
I coming to work right we get there and we warm up and stretch because we quite a lot of lifting in a warehouse at the funeral where I worked out and so we discussed anything that happened on the last shift or anything about to do better this year to get a better productive rate at what we're doing is pretty much just loading it unloading the totes and make sure everything is organized into different bands and pushing out onto the main lobby car so the customers can look through it and purchase item they choose to pick up
ProsLittle people to work around
ConsNot enough pain for the work that's required

Not a long time career move
You aren't appreciated for the work you do as a team member. The pay was low and managers often physically bullied me and other case managers and got away with it when reported.

This place is horrible
Well lets start with hours 5 and a half a day but they wanna leave early because they are salary and don't care about your paycheck. As far as enjoying a job lol they look for reasons to get rid of people if they don't like you just cuz your different. and they treat everyone as if your slow so its kinda hard to enjoy the job for the people with issues i guess it wasn't hard to brain wash them for being a good job. far as them helping disabled people that they get extra money for well that's for all they office people to line their pockets cuz minimum wage is what they pay. well lets put it this way if your a skinny girl who's on drugs and dye your hair purple all the time and flirt with the boss bragging you have his cellphone number which he's married your ok and all they company guys will flirt with you and bring you food and pop and you can hit people with a forklift and getaway with it because you the Queen B of the place so if you look trashy and don't shower or a junkie and so on you got a job there
