Great place to work, but not for everyone.
It's a great place to work if you can handle the stress of a fast paced medical clinic for ten to twelve hours a day' The company is very good at educating employees, and has excellent benefits. You will become very attached to the patients you care for, and have to be prepared to see most of their health decline over a period of months or years. All the patients will leave either because they get a transplant or because of death. Unfortunately, that's the hardest part of the job.

Culture of corporate greed and numerous fines from government for fraud
This company is only interested in profit and puts it above patient safety, quality and its employees I feel sorry of the patients as they really have limited choices when it comes to dialysis providers and both companies are awful!

World wide company.
The job is very rewarding. Working with management can be a challenge. Many aspects of the job change with manager. Often it appears managers are biased. Most staff are not committed - all work more than one job.

Work
I enjoyed coming to work each day. I formed good relationships with the nurses and peers. Management changed frequently, however which was a challenge.
Unfortunately, I was laid off for the 2nd time in 6 years! It would appear the company is strong on developing new ways to expand, yet doesnt envision the long term effects on its employees when those developments don't succeed.

Frensenius is a global company with many opportunities to learn and grow as a professional. I would recommend the company to anyone. Kidney Disease is a devastating illness and this company provides the best services and equipment anywhere.

Micromanage at its best
This job was good at first when they tell you they are flexable and day you will get PTO in 90 days. But nope it’s not correct. The management was ok except for one person. They micromanage you a lot. Do not recommend.

Terrible Supervisor
Supervisor only caters to employees who are from his own country he treats all other workers like trash to be thrown away and used whenever or wherever.

Ein sehr zu empfehlendes Unternehmen
Die Arbeit und Herausforderung im Job war sehr schön. Ich bin morgens früh sehr gerne aufgestanden und zur Arbeit gefahren. Die Projektarbeit bei SAP-Rollouts im gesamten Team war beachtenswert und auch im Business Project Management Team.
Die Arbeit mit den Countries lief beispiellos gut und freundlich. Es waren viele interessante internationale Projekte in den fünf Jahren.
Die Personalabteilung sieht sich verantwortlich für die Arbeitnehmer und ist immer offen für Fragen und behilflich mit Ratschlägen.
Einzig und allein ist die oberste Geschäftsleitung zu sehr mit den eigenen Zukunftsplänen und Karrieren beschäftigt.
ProsSozialleitungen wie Betriebsrente und Möglichkeiten Renten noch aufzubauen.
