Such a fun,exciting place! Perfect for someonne working through college!
I started working here when I was 18 years old. I did not have much retail experience but ended up leaving with one of the best experiences of my life! I was with this company for 7 years and started out at the bottom and left being the assistant manager. The majority of my time there our team was unstoppable and was always keeping up with current trends. I left with amazing friends and great customer service skills.

Productive and Strong Work Environment.
Francesca's warehouse was a fast paced educational experience. A typical work day consisted of stocking, loading, and inventorying incoming and outgoing orders. The hardest part of the job was was when we received orders from china that we had to unload piece by piece. The most enjoyable part was accomplishing goals that were not suppose to be accomplish-able.

Engaging workplace with fun, young coworkers (most of the time)
Typical work day is coming in, engaging with and helping guests, change mannequins, do shipment. Basically just make sure everyone is happy and buying things and just don't burn the place down. (ha-ha)
I have learned a lot about fashion, merchandising, exquisite customer service, and how to open and close a store.
Management all depends on where you go to. At one location I had a manger who was in a cult and at a second location I had a sweet, nice manager. The management above the store management is a little iffy, though. They're young and seem to could maybe use a little time to mature
Mostly, my coworkers are very cool and friendly. There are always those who butt heads with you, however.
The hardest part of the job was having to deal with certain issues and biased moments with certain members in management.
The most enjoyable part was everything else. The feeling of responsibility while opening and closing the store, dressing mannequins, helping with events, engaging with guests. It's a really fun experience and I've learned a lot.

Great
One of the best jobs I ever had. My staff was amazing, my guest was amazing. I was happy when entering the store. Fashion and great customer service goes hand in hand.
