Overall Reviews at Four Seasons

Great benefits, high stress
I loved working here the good with the bad. I got to meet people from all over the world. I had people that would come and stay with us several times a year and I would still remember their preferences for what they liked. I had people that would treat you very well and people that would expect you to bend over backwards to get them what they want and treat you horribly.

the resort was really amazing every thing was really good but i couldnt say it was perfect because non is perfect but was amazing
the job was good , almost 8 hours per day , what i got and learned there is the level of friendship between the managerial level and the line staff , the way how to deal with your managers , collectivity, i used to see with four seasons managers work with me side by side , what was really tough when you see some thing wrong and you dont have enough time to cover it but i could skip this part by collectivity cause i used to see a team work over there. what made me really happy when i felt that evry body is taking care of since the first moment especially that i have been recommended twice per year for the resort employee of the month once by my department housekeeping and the second by engineering department cause i used to help then as well in my free time.

Great work environment
During my (5) five years at the Four Seasons Resort Nevis I was employed as a Repair and Maintenance Engineer/Water & Waste Water Technician. In that capacity I had the opportunity develop a number of skills as well as acquire training within the company geared towards a high quality of professionalism and hotel service standards.
In that period, my duties included but were not limited to the maintenance and repair of all resort pumps and motors, the daily operation and maintenance of Four Seasons Resort’s water treatment plant which included the testing of water throughout the resort property for quality control. My duties also included daily operation and maintenance of the resort’s waste water treatment plant. Other duties included minor electrical, plumbing and basic HVAC repair and maintenance throughout the resort property all while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service towards work and guest interaction.
These experiences gained at the Four Seasons Resort together with my previous experience as Plant Engineer at Carib Supply (St.Kitts and Nevis) Ltd and four (4) year broad course of studies leading to a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering has enabled me to learn a great deal as it relates to Engineering, Hospitality, Safety and the Hotel sector and have taught me how to become a problem solver, team player and most of all a self-starter, all of which are skills that can be used in the development of staff and my peers alike.

Bad management, supervisor takes tips for housekeepers. The same thing with bellboy. Who’s the first get to the room after guests that will get tips. Good staff food, interesting work with VIP guests.

Excellent environment and place to grow both as a professional as a human being
I have had the most wonderful experience and am so grateful for all that I have acheived working with such amazing people and in such a wonderful company.
I am half Argentine/Canadian , my mum lives in Canada and I have always dreamed to move to Canada and continue growing in my hospitality career.
The management is exceptional and workplace culture exceeds expectations.
The hardest part of the job was working so many hours in front of a computer and the most enjoyable part of the job was my role that permitted me to interact with all the different areas and employees of the hotel. I was in charge of what we call our Elite Guests and that of course was my speciality, never a no and making the impossible, possible for them!
I am very much a people person and enjoy being more in contact with them.
