great place for a career
I enjoyed working with FSR and only left due to family medical reasons. I have relocated to Hendersonville North Carolina and would like to find a First Service Residential managed the property to finish out my career as a Maintenance Supervisor.

Room for improvement amongst the ranks
This job is good if you are needing a job and like people. But I wouldn't see it as a long term position unless you want to move up in the company. Great for students.

supervisor was kinda mean
my supervisor wouldn't understand you she pretends like she's your friend does then goes behind your back and snitch on you. some people there cant be trusted.

Terrible place to work
If you like being talked about behind your back from adults, work here! This company is terrible on so many levels, I dont know where to begin. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to work there...or maybe that's a brilliant idea! I heard the "ladies" bash FSR for years and I said 1 thing and got let go.

They have no concern for their employees or their families
I was a very nice work environment for the most part. However, the stress level was out of control because they are probably going to lose a lot of their accounts for sever different reasons. They lack any and all concern for their employees and their families. If you are not management, they really don't care. It's sad because I really liked my job and would like to find another position like this where I can work with people and help people. I would also like some place where I would have room to grow.

Growing Pains
FirstService Residential is a great company with great benefits and technology to make property management easier for both manager and board. They have great employees. The company has purchased many management companies here in Florida, Prime, Continental, Condo Concepts, etc and in my opinion has grown too fast and the supporting personnel are too overwhelmed and understaffed.
