Finish line was great learning experience.
Finish line was very fast paced and culture based. Many tourist so many different cultures were in the atmosphere at all times. Management was great and very pleasant to have around.

A productive and decent workplace with variety of shoes
Basically you greet the customer and engage into a little conversation with the customer to see what is best for them to wear. Make the customer happy and want to come back. Management is great and all about teamwork. The people you work with thus far are superb and are all team players. The hardest part would be to deal with a rude customer but as long as you have self-discipline then you have none to worry about. The most enjoyable part I'd have to say is working with the team.

best job to have if your a sneaker head
this was my first job. every thing was great. i led sales my first three months, but when new managers came in everything went down hill. They had no respect for the employees.

Great culture and challenging work. Typical day involved multiple meetings to go over programming for posts as well as upcoming campaigns or key product supports.

Finishline is a great job for people who want to work in a non stressful retail environment. Starting pay isnt high but every associate that shows interest in advancing or moving up is giving an opportunity to show and prove.
