I love working for Fedex!
I have been working for Fedex for a little under a year now and I must say I absolutely love my job! The work environment and the flexibility of working with this company is great. I have learned and grown so much and I am ready to apply my skills in a position that will challenge my knowledge.

Friendly place, good overtime
By the time I worked, I was able to move up and progress, and also they helped me study. I am very grateful for all that FedEx offered to me. I'm retired to start my own business, otherwise I would have continued on FedEx

I will not be leaving FedEx. FedEx is home. I am simply using Indeed as a means to get a second part-time job. I was recently relocated with FedEx, and need a higher income to support the higher local expenses.

Very flexible scheduling
I worked at FedEx through college and management was always willing to work with my schedule on a semester by semester basis. This made for an accommodating and stress-free environment.

Fedex Express is a great company to work for
If you like a faced paced, hard working and usually physically moving job Fedex Express is the place. You have to be organized, a team player and maintain a sense of urgency at this job. It is a great place to work and the people there are THE BEST! There are plenty of opportunities to move up. They pay and benefits are great. I would still be there today if I hadn't been unable to meet the medical guidelines from an injury.

The company is making changes that are most likely going to have negative effects on staff retention
A typical day at work is very stressful due to no clear direction on what is to be done. Many managers do not provide any positive feedback to individuals who do positive work. The most enjoyable part is that now after working with a new supervisor I see that those on her team are given the positive feedback they have earned.

Wonderful opportunity, very friendly, safe work environment.
FedEx Express was a fantastic learning opportunity for me, i started when i was 19 and was made to feel right at home. Extensive training. Fedex Express cares about you and your future, everyone is understanding and supportive. Safety is extremely immportant, everyone helps eachother.

Opportunities
One has the opportunity to train for another position once you have have been hired. As soon as a job opening opens you apply for a full-time potion. There you can work extra hours if you want to make 40 hours a week if you really want to and not be considered a full-time employee. Also you can earn medical Benefits even though you are part-time.
