The worst working experience ever
I am not going to say about the company in general, but I am going to speak about one particular department where I was unlucky to work for 8 days.
TCL Pressing Production department and to be clear is one of the Quality Control inspection teams is terrible place to work and the reasons are that many and I am going to name them all. If You ready that some inadequate, agressive, bad mannered women are going to shout on You and bully You, then you will be okay. Miserable training provided, miserable lighting around working place, miserable behaviour towards new starters, no proper equipment provided, sometimes even no gloves to cover Your hands and the worst case scenario is that You will be sacked the same day if You tell Management about people are bullying others. Miserable Management and Teamleaders, who don't count You as a human being. Ignorant, bad educated, not professional people in charge. The dirtiest building I have ever worked for, the smallest and dirtiest canteen I have ever seen. Not safe! So if You ready for that kind of circumstances then You don't have to worry about the job to do. I will describe theese 8 working days for Federal Mogul Coventry as the most disgusting working experience for my last 16 years of my working career. AVOID that place!

Way to extreme as a work place
I left as a picker because they began to be extreme with write ups if 1 pieces were missing they would write you every time for each order miss 2 get write ups.

Most people are great and work is always busy which is good.
This place used to be a great place to work. The benefits have tanked and now the raises and are gone as well. Employees have no chance of moving up anywhere anymore.

Like place and people working on the plant at Federal Mogul
Federal mogul is a great place to work like machinery and the material handler of boxes printing labels cleaning area fixing pallets on their location area.

Management and floor employees do not get along.
This is a great Company with lots of opportunities, but the employees and management have a culture needs much work. They do not get along, there is much under estimation of one and another, rather than working together. These culture, has nothing to do with the organizational culture or values, which had not been assimilated by the employees or management. The company offers a great pay and benefits, its a very secure job. There management gives poor value to its hard working people and they have little life work balance. There is also a big need for employees recognition and incentives. That was my experience working and observing things in one of the plants. I hope others plants are different. I would like to see more employee recognition, incentives, and more involvement between management and floor employees. I tried it in my area and many people was happy. It was very good to see people happy at work, and willing to get involved in projects that before were only managed by management. They like to be part of the whole thing and see how their input is valued. Until Management decide to work on that, this company will not advance as it could be. It has lots of potential, but this should come from within.

They are always looking for a way to writ a person up.
The day starts with white board meeting,to talk about what is due for the day.Check who is their and who is out.TELL WHAT MACHINES ARE DOWN AND WORKING .the hardest part is that you may be moved to a job that you may not normally work due to company needs.The enjoyable part is that you get to meet new people and others that come to the company from other companies.
Prosyou can get lots of overtime.
Consmanagement has a lot of predijuce in it.

My personal experience was fantastic. I belonged to a specialized team that had great management. I have heard that others had difficulty with upper management.

Loved the people I worked with and the work is not back breaking. Great pay for the work! Most parts are easy running and paperwork is also easy to fill out.

Mijn taak begon als order-picker en na paar maanden ging het verder als heftruckchauffeur, Reach en Combitruckchauffeur. We hebben allemaal intensieve opleiding gekregen om die machines te kunnen besturen.
Binnen komende goederen controleerde ik ook en het aantal ingeven in het systeem (computer). Ik voerde ook inventaris uit.

Nel 2009 sono entrata in questa azienda, fu una bella scoperta in quanto il personale veniva preparato e improntato ad imparare sempre cose nuove avendo all'interno una serie di tipologie di lavoro diverso.
Accogliente e innovativo.
ProsMensa non interna, cibi scaldati ma utile, più buoni pasto per il turno notturno, pagato molto bene.
