Management issues
Slave type environment. You get the consequences of what management caused. They run the department based on their feelings and not the work ethics of the athletes.

Poorly managed
This company allows employees to harass others which in turn creates a hostile work environment. HR will not do anything about complaints despite having visual eveidence

Growing Pains
Fanatics does not understand its own venue operation, it believes in managing away from the source and or pulse, it approaches the business from an southeast coast POV regardless of its size and/or location.

Fun place to work. Lots of awards and swag
In the start of my employment, the company had a heart and worked with the employees if they needed a day off at the last minute. They fed us if we had to work holidays and held a wonderful summertime extravaganza for the company.
After the company was purchased and merged with other smaller companies, the soul and heart of the company disappeared and the comradery went down hill. It now became who can cut whose throat to move ahead or who can throw who under the bus. There was no heart left in the company. I was moved from my loss prevention company to a chat team which was not for me. With that being said, it was a mutual agreement for me to move on.

A lot of drama
It’s was alright working there. There was just a whole bunch of drama within the employees Including supervisors but I will say that I really liked the discounts that this company offers for the holidays
