Overall Reviews at Etisalat

Productive and cooperative work environment
Though it was not a very flat environment, but team work was one of the core strength of the company. Continuous improvement was structurally built in the organization. The colleagues were supportive and friendly.
ProsExposure to large data center, new technology, good pay master
ConsNot a flat organization, not very visible but bureaucracy does exist.

NM Management
I had a great chance for growing in NM as they have created a fast t rack for me, given the output i'm delivering for the job.
The HR policy does not include an explicit fast track process, but the middle & high management have helped me out with the tools they have in hand and of course with complying to the HR policy.

fun workplace with ps matches
everyday i went to the company and make daily meeting with my team to check their meetings and where we are standing from our target and how to acheive it and if they need anything from me with the other departments, its too hard to acheive our target but, its very easy to acheive when we work together

One of the greatest experiences in my life the diversity in culture and expertise made it fertile environment to learn and grow
Working with colleagues from differs backgrounds and different levels made this experience a challenge for professional and social skills,
The gulf experience is so unique in its self adding to this the challenge of growing market made the job dynamic and interactive
Changing hats between management that manages work with emotions and others who are professional and rational polished my social skills and made me able to survive for 5 fruitful years
I still wait for the time to go back and work with them again
Its one of the best companies ever

Change incorporation for work force
A good place where processes are well established. Relocation of resources will be great option to consider, in order to develop work force which includes talents from various countries. Due to stringent processes and workability of processes movement of resources is not very agile.
