I would work there again, it was rewarding though competitive and hard work. As a regional site manager on contract to military bases I loved the work and would return in a heartbeat.

Great workplace
I got my start at CSC. While the company had some issues, it was refreshing to see leadership that included some diversity. Unfortunately, when the company merged with SRA all diversity and inclusion efforts ended and it became a very cut throat organization.

People are wonderful and hardworking
Employees are loyal and hardworking but the company seems to have lost the appreciation and value of its most important assets, their employees. Examples, No raises in over 3 years, Reducing work force when contracts end giving no bench to draw from when new clients onboard and providing no job security.
Prosgreat people
Conslong hard hours without compensation or appreciation or loyalty to the employee from the company

company treats you like a number. Hands off management style.
For a company who has been around for 50 plus years, I am not impressed with how they treat their employees and what they agree to do before signing a contract with a customer. I think it is a fly by the seat of your pants company if you ask me.
Conslow pay and no yearly compensation increases.
