poor pay
Compartmentalize company subsidiary of At&T great product and service to sale but the commission policy is shady and promotions in the company are based on friendships not efforts.

There's a saying you quit your employer not your job. In this case, I'm looking for something else because of the job. My employer has been great and the only reason I have stayed in retail for several years. I have never had a management team as good as this one
ProsThe company is good to work for
ConsDoesn't offer benefits

Respectful and fun workplace
I love that place it was the customers and the employees that made my day brighter it was never a dull moment at this job. Everything were so great every single day

Cricket
It was a great environment at first to work in. But then the environment became negative because people started competeting with each other instead of competing with a team.

Commission based
Not the best place to work mainly because the pay isn't that great. But if you can sell then you can make up for the difference. You have to be a phone person. Customers expect too much.
ProsCan't think of any
ConsSalary sucks

very interactive and fun
it was always fast paced, we would be so busy all the time. yet we provided excellent customer service to every costumer that visited our store. I was able to build strong friendships with a few costumers and they became regulars just because the way they were treated at our store. the most enjoyable part of working for cricket was having events for the neighborhood, we had music, food, and prizes, it was always very interactive and fun for everyone.

I was able to build relationships of customers and employees.
Duting my time with Cricket, I succeeded in a variety of roles within the organization. I was never bored, and prioritized well in between store locations and office time. I picked up interviewing skills, online seminars and assisting Cricket Dealers with new locations, and marketing events.
ProsIndependently worked daily/weekly schedule and able to receive information from my peers or manager.
ConsMileage- up to 2500 miles per month. Driving from western PA to South Jersey.

Fast Pace and Customer oriented
I love the sales industry! The best part of working as a sales representative is that I get to meet so many different type of people from many cultures.
I would troubleshoot peoples phones and provided them with the proper information as to what phone best suits them.
