Poor management and Poor Pay with long hours
The company has a poor culture overall.The managers are very frustrated with the system problems and the moral is low across the board. The flexibility of the schedule is about the only good thing i can say.
You definitely learn how to work under duress with tight deadlines.

ceo decided to try outsourcing at time.Before that there was some opportunity to grow. Long hours were mandatory at the time . Vacation and sick time were good .
