Overview

We are a fast-growing company that is looking for motivated individuals to join our team. Our goal is to provide the best customer service possible and we want you to be part of our success! At Counter Persons, your job duties will include counter person support in all aspects of cash handling including: cash/debit, receiving, processing, customer service, etc.

Duties

The counter person is responsible for assisting the counter person in providing customer service to customers. This includes answering phones, cashiers and other related duties as assigned by supervisors or managers. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. This team member should have the ability to work independently while maintaining good judgment on all matters that are important. Must possess great organizational skills, including ability working well under pressure with strong attention-to detail, resulting in a high level of accuracy.

Detailed job duties include:

  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Perform daily counter duties including: checking cash register, cashiering/checkout, replenishment of money, as well as other tasks assigned to the counter person to ensure that all money is received in an accurate manner.
  • Check for accuracy when entering funds into a bank account or depositing money on credit card accounts.

Qualification

  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions
  • Must have the ability and willingness to learn new skills, as well as demonstrate good customer service skills at all times
  • An ability to work with people from different backgrounds is required for this position
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on weekends/holidays when needed
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills including attention to detail
