A good company to work for and helping people
Enjoyed the company I worked for and worked for a good manager. I Supported District agent, agents, and brokers. However, no room for advancement unless I wanted to sell insurance which I did not want to do.

A great place to work to gain insurance experience
A typical day at work could consist of 80 to 100 calls per day from customer as well as agents.
I learned great listening skills while working at Colonial Life. I also learned a lot about problem resolutions.
Management was always professional & available.
My co-workers consisted of all ages and were a great group to work with. I have developed some personal friendships as well with a few of them.
The hardest part of the job was on Mondays, which were our heaviest call volume day.
The most enjoyable part of my postition was the idle time, and the required CBT's.
