Seniority is a problem.
Seniority is a problem. They are too confused as a human. Most have no life. They are negative to new employee and they watch you as if they are policing you. They conceal their hate towards new employees and towards one another. They talk about you until you catch them doing it red handed.
ProsThey will train you if you ask. You will have 3 to 4 days off per week.
ConsThe job will give you blood pressure and heart problems.

Too much spying for points
I started work and the ITC fire started and it became helter skelter for me and for everyone at the plant. I inhaled too much Benzene and other chemicals from the ITC fire that affected my work and my health. Going from PPE to downing down PPE and putting on PPE was a mess. Running to shelter in place was also a mess that I will not go through and running for my life was also a mess because of the ITC fire.
ProsWork was great. The people were nice, I mean the workers.
ConsThe mangers was always snooping, spying and micromanaging by asking other employees about other employees.

Nepotism, Sexism and Racism
Very little pay for very dangerous work. Culture of nepotism, sexism and racism. HR and management work hard to coverup and sweep incidents under the rug. Very glad to not work there any more.

Great Company
Typical industrial job worked with & met great people. They provided everything needed to safely and effectively complete jobs. I would recommend this company.

Disappointed / was hoping better / set up to fail
1) Was Hired with No training after being told I would be
2) Poor management at the Top level
3) never was fully told what my job was going to consist of, was told I would be Inventory Coordinator for the Weymouth Ma. Location then found out I would be overlooking over 23 Locations at one point...
4) NO Match on 401K, Terrible Benefits package, can’t cover spouse if she’s offered INS. at her Job.. A JOKE!!
5) No Inventory Staff they expect you to fix years’ worth of Inventory Issues (No bin Locations) to many keystrokes to do one task, also Cycle counts were one a month to weekly and they had Techs counting Parts at locations... NO TECH SHOULD BE DOING THIS TASK...
6) too cheap to hire a Staff to complete goals with Inventory
7) inputs regarding Inventory were ignored, rather point Blame at employees for missing stock, Head inventory Manager was never wrong, when we clearly proved she was..
8) the Computer system was over 20 Years old, too cheap to Update
Just to many issues with this place, it's too bad would have been a good place to work if management would listen to the issues at hand and DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!
I did work with the best people at the Weymouth Ma. Location, because we all knew the place (Clean Harbors) is going downhill fast. They act like they have no $$$ but they can Buy other Companies...
ProsGreat people I worked with in Weymouth Location / Great manager
ConsManagement is out of Touch with Today's standards/big Problem was the Maintenance V.P

I had an ok time as a retail waste driver. Coworkers were pretty good.
This is a VERY shady company. There over 2 yrs. No raise. Drove a class b hazmat truck.made the same $15/hr as new employees. Benefits were horrible, with a large cap that you have to pay for them to kick in. They want new people with zero experience to brainwash into their way of thinking.
ProsTime and a half after 40 hrs, which I had after 2hrs on Thursday.
ConsAn hour and 15 minute drive each way.

Do you have a family? Don't work here if ever want to see them
Expect to work 60-100 hours a week, keep a packed suitcase in your car and expect to travel for weeks or months if necessary. If you're married and have kids, or looking to start a family, stay away. You'll never be home. Management doesn't care about you. You're just a number and can be easily replaced.
ProsNone
ConsMeals and hotel are paid for when traveling for work

Great Company
Benefits were decent, management was pretty good. The industry is challenging. Large company with typical large company benefits. Lots of different types of businesses they own.
